Established in 2009 in memory of Rob Guest OBE, the Rob Guest Endowment has spent over fifteen years fostering careers and supporting emerging talent in the Australian musical theatre industry.
In 2025, the Endowment entered an exciting new chapter, shifting its focus from a traditional competition format to an industry insights program, a free initiative held in Sydney and Melbourne offering aspiring performers aged 18–30 hands-on training, industry connections, and practical audition skills.
With inclusivity at its heart, the Rob Guest Endowment continues to open doors for the next generation of Australian musical theatre artists.
